Application for Membership shall be submitted on a prescribed form* together with supporting documents namely :
(A) Copy of Certificate
of Incorporation ( ACRA Business Profile/ Instant Information Printout).
(B) Certified copies of particulars of management, paid up capital, nature
of business or objects of its incorporation.
(C) Bank Statements for last 3 months.
(D) Other supporting documents as may be required by the Management Committee
from time to time.
The Application for Membership must be duly proposed and seconded by 2 existing members who have been a member of the Association for at least one year.
