We noticed that you are already signed in with another User ID.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Click here to access the Okta dashboard.
2. Ensure that there is an icon to show the application assigned to you.
3. If this icon does not show the application which you are trying to log in to, click on your name on the top right corner, and sign out.
4. You can now proceed to the homepage and log in as per normal.
